Hold Box Terms of Service

Please agree to our terms of service to set up a subscription account with us.

A subscription account will allow you to set up recurring subscriptions to specific titles, and to pre-order items from our pre-order catalogue.

How to sign up to our subscription service:

1. Register an account with our store (if you have previously purchased something online, you already have an account). This can also be completed on any in-store visit. Hold Boxes may be picked up in store or mailed to any of our customers.
2. We also require a $20 refundable deposit to be paid before we begin pulling any item pulled for you
3. Select your titles - choose your favorites from our massive list of titles broken down by publisher and imprints, including comics and magazines.
4. Comics can not be ordered after the "Final Order Cut Off" (or FOC) from our distributor, if you sign up for a comic, check to see if you will get the next issue, or a future issue. FOC deadlines typically close to 3 weeks before the item is released in store.

Pre-ordering helps to guarantee you won't miss an issue or cover due to sellouts

Subscribe to between 5-9 active titles and receive a 10% discount on those items ordered.

Subscribe to 10 or more active titles and receive a 20% discount on those items ordered.

Terms of Service:

Items which have been pulled for you must be paid for at least once per month.

If you have not purchased your items within the month, you may receive a one-time only contact from the store to pick up your books. The store will not reach out to remind you after this, however, you may receive automated emails updating you of what we have received for you.

If we do not hear from you within seven days, your items may be declared abandoned and your box closed. If your box is closed due to being abandoned, then your $20 deposit is forfeit. If at anytime you wish to close your box and you do not have any items remaining, then your deposit will be refunded back to you.
